Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including chillers, air handlers, and split units.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration problems using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols.
- Inspect, clean, and service air filters, coils, fans, and ductwork to maintain system efficiency and improve indoor air quality.
- Collaborate with facility managers and engineering teams to optimize building climate control strategies and energy consumption.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and service reports accurately for future reference and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License or certification as an HVAC/R Technician (if applicable in the Philippines).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and electrical circuitry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
