Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential air conditioning and heating systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Replace or repair worn-out components such as capacitors, thermostats, compressors, and filters.
- Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to facility managers.
- Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
