- Diagnose customer vehicle needs through consultation and technical assessment
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and service recommendations

- Proactively upsell additional services and maintenance packages
- Manage customer relationships from check-in to post-service follow-up
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain detailed service records and customer communication logs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years automotive service advisor experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic automotive technical knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license (Class 3 or higher)
