We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Specialist to drive our customer implementations from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will manage the whole lifecycle of client projects, ensuring seamless software configuration, successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and engaging end-user training sessions that lead to a smooth go-live experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end implementation project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Configure software solutions according to specific client requirements and business processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Deliver engaging and effective end-user training sessions to ensure platform adoption.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Development) during the go-live phase.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and training manuals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure long-term success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar Implementation Specialist, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of software configuration, UAT processes, and system implementation methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software is highly desirable.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
