Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems in retail outlets and corporate offices.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting issues, and power distribution problems efficiently.
- Install, replace, and upgrade lighting fixtures and electrical wiring to meet safety standards.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Respond to emergency electrical repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed and inventory of spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an in-house electrician in a retail or corporate setting.
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license or Certificate of Registration (COR).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
