You will be the guardian of our operational excellence, maintaining and repairing a wide array of commercial kitchen, gas, and refrigeration equipment across our premier F&B brands. In this pivotal role, you will diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and execute timely repairs to guarantee seamless kitchen operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial kitchen equipment, including gas lines, refrigeration units, and cooking appliances.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to schedule preventive maintenance and address urgent repair needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all repairs, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
  • Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, compressors, valves, and thermostats.

Kualifikasi

  • Vocational certificate or diploma in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience working as a Restaurant Equipment Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial gas systems, refrigeration cycles, and kitchen appliance mechanics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent technical certification.
  • Physical stamina to work in kitchen environments and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
