Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial kitchen equipment, including gas lines, refrigeration units, and cooking appliances.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to schedule preventive maintenance and address urgent repair needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all repairs, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
- Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, compressors, valves, and thermostats.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational certificate or diploma in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience working as a Restaurant Equipment Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial gas systems, refrigeration cycles, and kitchen appliance mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent technical certification.
- Physical stamina to work in kitchen environments and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
