Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the office premises and building perimeter to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Monitor and operate security control systems, including CCTV cameras, access control panels, and alarm systems.
- Control building access by verifying employee badges and issuing temporary visitor passes.
- Respond immediately to alarms, suspicious activities, or emergencies, following established emergency response procedures.
- Report any irregularities, maintenance issues, or security breaches to the Security Manager promptly and accurately.
- Assist employees and visitors with directions, inquiries, and general assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that fire safety equipment and emergency exits are clearly marked and accessible during routine checks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid SPM/SPMV certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Must hold a valid Malaysian Security Guard License (Surat Kebenaran Pengawal).
- Physically fit and able to perform patrolling duties and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong sense of integrity, discipline, and professional appearance.
- Previous experience in security or facilities management is an advantage.
