As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facilities. You will work with various electrical components including motors, generators, control systems, and distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained at all times.
This role requires someone who can interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints while adhering to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with other maintenance staff and supervisors to address electrical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in industrial facilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and supervisors on repair and installation projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections
- Respond to emergency electrical situations and provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, generators, and control circuits
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Valid electrical license or certification is preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
