Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting of electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical systems and components according to national safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical infrastructure.
- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to upgrade equipment and improve overall plant efficiency.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical components, including VFDs, servos, sensors, and logic controllers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in using standard electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and provide support during emergency repairs.
