As an IE Process/Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our assembly lines. You will be responsible for ensuring that new processes are seamlessly integrated into production, conducting pilot runs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your work will directly contribute to our operational excellence and the high quality of our products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the introduction of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and product lines.
- Perform line setup, process changes, and changeovers according to engineering specifications.
- Execute pilot runs and first article inspections, meticulously documenting results and anomalies.
- Conduct standard assembly tasks while ensuring adherence to process documentation and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, tooling, and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineers to implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, modifications, and performance metrics.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following 5S and EHS guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Process Technician, Assembly Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and quality control documentation.
- Familiarity with basic statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Strong hands-on skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable) and thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
