Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain a nurturing, safe, and clean environment for infants.
- Implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate sensory and motor development.
- Maintain accurate daily records of infant routines, including feeding, sleeping, and diapering.
- Ensure constant supervision and practice vigilant safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily progress and well-being.
- Support the team in preparing educational materials and maintaining classroom organization.
- Observe and report any developmental milestones or concerns to the Center Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (KAP/PERMATA certification is a strong plus).
- Proven experience in an infant care or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong passion for working with infants and a deep commitment to child development.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid medical check-up report and required immunizations.
- Fluency in English or Bahasa Malaysia (bilingual skills are highly valued).
