Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI/PPI) program across all hospital departments.
- Conduct systematic surveillance of healthcare-associated infections to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing education and training to hospital staff, patients, and visitors regarding standard precautions and hygiene protocols.
- Perform regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with national hospital accreditation standards (KARS/JCI).
- Collaborate with the Infection Control Committee to update clinical policies and SOPs based on evidence-based practices.
- Manage the proper handling, segregation, and disposal of clinical and non-clinical waste to ensure a sterile environment.
- Assist in outbreak investigation and reporting, providing data-driven recommendations to hospital management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) with a valid Ners professional certification (Ners).
- Possess a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) that is currently active.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably with specialized exposure to Infection Control (IPCN).
- Possess a certified training certificate in Infection Prevention and Control (Basic/Advanced IPCN training).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret surveillance data and compile detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence staff compliance with safety protocols.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) for documentation and data reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining patient safety and hospital quality standards.
