Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and report findings to hospital leadership.
- Perform risk assessments and environmental cleaning audits to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide education and training to hospital staff, patients, and visitors on infection control practices.
- Investigate outbreaks and coordinate response strategies to prevent further transmission.
- Review antimicrobial usage and promote antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Collaborate with infection control committees to recommend improvements in safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S1) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Registered Nurse (Tenaga Kesehatan Terdaftar) license.
- Previous experience in an Infection Prevention and Control role within a general hospital setting.
- Knowledge of epidemiology, microbiology, and hospital hygiene standards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret surveillance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
