- Identify, vet, and manage ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators across major social media platforms.
- Coordinate influencer briefings, content calendars, and deliverables to ensure alignment with Chromaesthetics Inc.’s brand identity.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports on engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with the creative team to review and approve influencer-generated content before publication.
- Maintain accurate records of influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance data.
- Stay updated on social media platform algorithm updates and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or digital PR.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and content trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic analytics software.
- Passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry is a plus.
