As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer campaigns. This includes identifying high-value Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure authentic brand alignment. You will oversee content creation, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand voice.
- Identify, vet, and recruit relevant KOLs and influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure high-quality content output.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on ROI, engagement rates, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and influencer marketing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or social media management.
- Strong existing network of KOLs, content creators, and media contacts in the Philippines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Blade, Creator Studio).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
