Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, vet, and onboard suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors relevant to Transsion's brands and target demographics in Indonesia.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers and their agencies to ensure cost-effective and high-impact partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content briefing, review, approval, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI), and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships and brand advocacy.
  • Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activities within the Indonesian market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign approaches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or partnership management, specifically within the Indonesian market.
  • In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) and their respective influencer ecosystems in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing influencer campaigns with measurable results (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is essential.
