Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing KOLs and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage talent budgets to ensure maximum ROI for marketing spend.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with product launches and seasonal sales.
- Coordinate content production and review influencer assets to ensure brand safety and message consistency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with influencer agencies and individual creators.
- Stay ahead of social media algorithm changes and emerging content trends to keep the brand relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing or PR within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine influencer landscape and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback on video and photographic content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
