Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with overarching brand objectives.
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing influencers and content creators across diverse niches.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to creative briefing and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key creators and talent agencies to ensure a consistent pipeline of collaborators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital advertising.
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape within the Malaysian market.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Modash, HypeAuditor, or native platform insights).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting tight deadlines.
