Tanggung Jawab
- Source and vet key opinion leaders (KOLs) across social media platforms
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships
- Coordinate campaign logistics including content creation and scheduling
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital campaigns
- Strong network of Filipino influencers/KOLs preferred
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Creativity in campaign ideation and content strategy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
