- Create engaging campaign briefs and content guidelines for influencer collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights
- Manage influencer relationships and ensure contractual compliance
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling campaign assets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Proven track record of successful TikTok campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content trends, and creator economy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics)
