Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end influencer campaign lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, contract drafting, and performance tracking.
- Develop creative content briefs and collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Analyze campaign metrics and ROI, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers to build a robust network of brand advocates and ambassadors.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep Twoconnect ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all influencer activities align with broader marketing goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or community management.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Asana, Notion).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
