You will be the face of our brand in the creator community, ensuring that our collaborations are authentic, impactful, and aligned with our evolving business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute an influencer outreach strategy to expand our brand footprint.
- Manage end-to-end communication with influencers, from initial contact to long-term relationship maintenance.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring a balance between cost-efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights for future strategy optimization.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Foster organic relationships with micro and macro influencers beyond paid deliverables to ensure brand advocacy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creator talent in the Philippine market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or digital agency settings.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track ROI and engagement metrics.
- Creative thinker with a strong grasp of digital content trends and consumer behavior.
