In this pivotal role, you will oversee security protocols, conduct regular audits, and investigate potential theft or irregularities to minimize financial loss. You will work closely with staff and management to implement best practices in loss prevention, ensuring a secure environment for both employees and guests.
Key duties include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting spot checks, and responding to security incidents with professionalism. You will also be responsible for training new staff on security procedures and maintaining accurate records of all incidents. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor CCTV systems and patrol assigned areas to deter theft and unauthorized activity.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious incidents, theft, and internal fraud.
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and operational costs.
- Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate loss prevention logs.
- Liaise with management to review security policies and suggest improvements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Security Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and assess risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Valid Singaporean work pass (Citizenship or Permanent Resident status highly preferred).
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
