Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, install, and adjust injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal production cycles.
- Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting of machines and moulds to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Monitor and optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure product quality and reduce scrap rates.
- Execute mold changes and material color changes efficiently according to the production plan.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on moulding machines and related tooling.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to inspect parts and ensure they meet client specifications and ISO standards.
- Document production data, maintenance logs, and process settings for continuous improvement analysis.
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment (5S).
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within an injection moulding production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of various plastic resins and their processing characteristics.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues related to moulding equipment.
- Must be willing to work in Batu Berendam, Melaka, and adapt to shift rotations if required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing setting.
