As the Innovation PMO Manager, you will take ownership of the project management office for innovation, ensuring that every project is executed with excellence from initial concept through to successful launch. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, developing schedules, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks. You will also drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of innovation projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including R&D, marketing, operations, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and status updates with senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement and standardize PMO practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in innovation, product development, or packaging.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
