JS Unitrade is looking for a dynamic Innovation & Renovation (I&R) Specialist to join our high-performing product development team in Ortigas. As an I&R Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of consumer psychology, trend forecasting, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to breathe new life into our existing portfolio while spearheading the conceptualization of ground-breaking new products that resonate with the modern Filipino consumer. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to drive product innovation.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to final market launch.
- Conduct renovation projects for existing product lines to enhance quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop robust product specifications and business cases that align with company growth targets.
- Monitor post-launch performance, gathering consumer feedback to inform future product iterations.
- Report directly to the I&R Manager to track KPIs and project milestones against annual growth objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in New Product Development (NPD), Brand Management, or Category Management.
- Proven track record of managing product launches or renovation projects in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the local retail landscape and consumer purchasing habits in the Philippines.
- Highly proficient in market research tools and presentation software.
