Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging consumer trends and product opportunities.
- Perform in-depth competitor analysis to maintain our competitive edge in the hygiene and personal care sector.
- Support the end-to-end product innovation process from conceptualization to post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in managing product lifecycle data and generating performance reports for management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
- Monitor feedback loops and customer sentiment to recommend product enhancements and optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in product development, market research, or brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and trend forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights clearly.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
