Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into profitable sales opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance and product information to customers regarding steel grades and applications.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for Engineering, Business, or Marketing backgrounds.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the steel or industrial manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
