Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and interaction history.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and consultations to prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions using our product range.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or a relevant customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Proficient in using modern sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Resilient personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work from our office in Jakarta Barat.
