You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring our clients receive the technical support and product expertise they require. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage the entire inside sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, helping them identify the right engineering solutions for their operational needs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities within our CRM system and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the field sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
