Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to introduce company products and services.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations over the phone to qualify leads.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Provide timely follow-ups on inquiries and maintain consistent engagement with potential clients throughout the sales funnel.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive, energetic, and professional tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward overcoming objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
