Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain industrial equipment/systems according to technical specifications
- Utilize skillworks software for project planning, documentation, and reporting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methods
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement installation improvements
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Installation Technician or similar technical role
- Proficiency with skillworks software and technical documentation tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies
- Valid technical certification (e.g., CET, A+ equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
