In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our institutional business forward. You will be responsible for building and maintaining deep-rooted relationships with corporate clients, pension funds, and financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the institutional client base for Reksa Dana products.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, including corporations, foundations, and financial intermediaries.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to provide market insights and tailored investment recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client onboarding to long-term account management.
- Collaborate with the investment and product teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product development.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with OJK regulations and internal investment policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, specifically within the mutual fund (Reksa Dana) or asset management industry.
- Possess a valid WAPERD (Wakil Agen Penjual Efek Reksa Dana) license.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and macroeconomic trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth institutional relationships and exceed sales targets.
- High level of professional integrity and strong analytical capabilities.
