Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Instrumentation Technician to join our growing team in Banting, Selangor. As a key member of our technical operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our advanced recycling and processing machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of various industrial instruments and control systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues, upgrade existing systems, and implement new technologies to enhance our production capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and calibrate a wide range of industrial instruments including flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, and analyzers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC systems, SCADA, and HMI interfaces to ensure continuous production uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in processing equipment using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, calibration records, and engineering changes in the company's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to optimize process parameters and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Assist in the commissioning of new recycling machinery and software upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or processing plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, process control loops, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems is highly preferred.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety regulations.
