- Review and process insurance claims accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with dental clinics and insurance providers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update patient insurance records and claim status.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare monthly reports on claim volumes and financial outcomes.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims processing, or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology and claim procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant claim management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
