  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company growth targets and brand positioning.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and product launches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or brand management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior in the Philippines.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
