Are you an architect or interior designer with a passion for precision? We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Design Construction Documentation Specialist to join our growing design team. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed interior construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and RCPs.
- Develop comprehensive millwork and custom furniture shop drawings for fabrication.
- Coordinate technical documentation with architectural and MEP engineering plans to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and maintain project document sets throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to verify as-built conditions and provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Review material specifications and ensure all documentation complies with local building codes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in Revit/AutoCAD to minimize discrepancies during construction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven professional experience in interior construction documentation and technical detailing.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, joinery, and building systems for residential projects.
- Ability to interpret structural and MEP drawings.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with contractors and clients.
