About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect – Interior Design Construction Documentation Specialist to support our residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, to ensure the smooth execution of interior design projects.
What You Will Do
As an Interior Design Construction Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial part in translating design concepts into buildable plans. Your expertise will ensure that every detail is meticulously documented, facilitating clear communication among the design team, contractors, and stakeholders. You will be involved in all stages of documentation, from preliminary sketches to final construction drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork details.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation packages for residential interior projects.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
- Prepare material schedules, finish boards, and specification documents to guide procurement and installation.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-quality drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Review and edit shop drawings and submittals from contractors and suppliers.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction methods to provide innovative solutions.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven experience in construction documentation for residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional license or certification is a plus.
