As a key member of our design leadership team, you'll drive the entire interior design lifecycle—from conceptual development to final installation—while mentoring junior designers and managing vendor relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with interior design and lighting consultants for hotel projects
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors on design specifications
- Manage interior design projects from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with design standards and project timelines
- Supervise design team and provide technical guidance
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare design proposals, budgets, and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of interior design experience with 2+ in hospitality
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to manage design budgets and timelines
