Join Erajaya's creative team as an Interior Design Supervisor where you'll lead transformative design projects in Jakarta's dynamic landscape. This pivotal role requires you to conceptualize and execute comprehensive design solutions, from initial client consultations to final construction documentation. You'll spearhead the creation of detailed 3D perspectives, technical construction drawings, and material specifications that bring spaces to life. As a supervisor, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and vendors while ensuring design integrity throughout project lifecycles. The position demands strong leadership skills to mentor junior designers, manage project timelines, and maintain budgetary controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards
- Create comprehensive design documentation including 3D perspectives, construction drawings, and material specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, clients) to ensure seamless execution
- Manage design resources, project timelines, and budgetary constraints for multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor and supervise junior designers, providing guidance on design principles and professional development
- Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control during implementation phases
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record leading commercial/residential interior design projects from conception to completion
- Expert proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design aesthetics and technical documentation skills
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience in budget control and timeline management
- Exceptional communication skills for client presentations, team coordination, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and spatial awareness
