The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and highly organized Interior Design Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional who wants to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the flawless delivery of prestigious design projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between our creative vision and its physical realization, working closely with top designers, luxury contractors, and high-profile clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple interior design projects, from initial briefing and budgeting to final installation and client handover.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the in-house design team, external architects, contractors, and furniture suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections (own vehicle is essential for this travel) to monitor workmanship, resolve issues, and ensure the design intent is perfectly translated on site.
- Prepare and manage all project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout the project journey.
What We Look For in You
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for site travel across Singapore.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in interior design project coordination or site management in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and design tools like AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering nothing short of excellence.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design project coordination within Singapore.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and luxury interior materials.
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
