Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications for client approval.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity throughout the installation phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest interior design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Prepare accurate quotations and project proposals to present to prospective clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or junior designers with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to visualize spatial arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the design industry.
