Kalsy Furniture Gallery is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our creative team in Bali. In this role, you will conceptualize and develop interior designs for residential and commercial projects, transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and craftsmen to understand requirements, produce design concepts, and oversee execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of style, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, creating 3D visualizations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also stay updated on industry trends, source suppliers, and provide guidance to the production team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, including mood boards, floor plans, and material palettes.
- Create detailed technical drawings, CAD models, and 3D renders to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor that align with the design vision and budget.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through installation, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging materials, and innovative technologies in interior design.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in interior design, preferably within furniture or retail environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of color, proportion, and materiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.
