In this role, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to conceptualize, develop, and deliver design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget. You’ll leverage cutting‑edge design tools, present compelling concepts, and oversee project execution from concept through completion.
What you’ll do:
- Create innovative interior concepts and detailed design presentations for a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Develop accurate drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with client preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and construction teams to ensure timely and high‑quality implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Interior Designer, preferably within the Singapore market.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and codes is a plus.
