Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and technical drawings for residential/commercial spaces
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, budgets, and aesthetic preferences
- Create detailed 2D/3D visualizations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Oversee project execution from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design vision and sustainability goals
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and building codes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate concepts to clients
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions in various design styles (minimalist, contemporary, etc.)
