Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts based on client requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive 2D and 3D technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Select and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that align with project budgets and themes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the implementation phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable material options.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within a commercial or residential firm.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of spatial awareness, color theory, and material application.
- Solid understanding of technical construction drawings and project documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present designs to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team.
