Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site surveys, analyze site information, and conceptualize design solutions.
- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Select appropriate materials, color palettes, and furniture to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and contractors, to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and tender packages.
- Attend client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interior design.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
