Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans tailored to F&B commercial requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications for client approval.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction quality and ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source furniture, finishes, and fixtures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and junior designers to support their professional development.
- Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and incorporate feedback effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the commercial or F&B interior design industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, material selection, and local building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for site visits.
