In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior designs that not only meet but exceed client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts for both residential and commercial projects, including feasibility studies and detailed design development.
- Create comprehensive 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Source and select high-quality materials, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that align with the project budget and design aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Prepare and present design proposals, cost estimates, and mood boards to clients during meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) and 2D drafting tools (AutoCAD).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing residential and commercial design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative design team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations is highly desirable.
