Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
- Develop detailed design concepts, space plans, and 3D visualizations for residential and landed home projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the high-quality execution of interior projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure a seamless renovation experience.
- Prepare comprehensive quotation packages and design proposals that align with client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to supervise progress and ensure design integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in interior design, specifically with residential or landed properties.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential design work and space planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
